Why Litost?

Litost is the Czech word for the despair one feels upon the sight of their own failures. This seemed like the perfect word to describe this website which hosts a link to my homelab repository. After all, what is more frustrating than pushing that config out after hours of troubleshooting with the utmost certainty that it will work and… it doesn’t?

I try to be as detailed as my frustrations allow me in my documentation and in doing so I hope anyone who finds this learns something from it and it helps them overcome any roadblock they encounter on their journey.
